The department has produced this new guide in clear, plain English, to help landholders submitting applications to clear native vegetation. This is the first in a series designed to assist landholders to understand the requirements under the Vegetation Management Act and how to apply for a permit to clear land. Landholders can apply to clear vegetation for reasons ranging from building to controlling weeds and clearing regrowth or harvesting fodder.
