Invasive Plants and Climate Change |
The CRC for Australian Weed Management has produced a Briefing Note on the effect of climate change on invasive plants. It outlines how climate change can be expected to favour invasive plants over established native vegetation, especially if accompanied by an increase in extreme conditions such as droughts alternating with very wet years.
