People Energy Transfer (P.E.T.) Day: The idea here is to give our members an opportunity to learn about Permaculture and it’s practical applications, by working on each other’s gardens. It’s a fair way to share our energy & time as we help each other move toward a greater level of self-reliance & get to know each other in the process. What: Banana / Pawpaw Circle This time round we’re helping out Carol by constructing a Banana/ Pawpaw circle. It’s a classic example of pattern thinking in Permaculture design & a brilliant way to grow these healthy fruits up here in the tropical north. If you’ve ever wondered what one looks like, how to build it, or have one and would like to share your wisdom with others, come along & get into it with us!
