Every site differs in access, slope, local climate quirks and soil condition, but the principles remain the same. Come and learn how to recognize and plan for the management of wild energies that enter your property and the correct placement of elements within your system so they work efficiently. The workshop will include theory, as well as practice in schematic design and cooperative small group design tasks. The site for our workshop is Beth & Stu’s new home, so our designs will help them come up with their master plan. A great opportunity to learn, so don’t miss it! Permaculture Cairns is a non-profit community group. Our mission is to implement sustainable design systems throughout the Cairns community & the far north region, through education, communal design projects & the shared individual experience of Permaculture. 12 Month memberships are available on the day at $20 for a single adult and $30 for a family.
